This picture was taken above Hanauma Bay where we went snorkling. Hanauma Bay is home to a coral reef and many species of colorful reef fish.
Rodger took this picture of Chinaman's Hat during our horseback ride through Kualoa Ranch. Chinaman's Hat is better known as Gillagen's Island.
This mountian is one of the many views we enjoyed at Pali Lookout. This cliff is where King Kamehameha won the battle which unified the island of Hawaii and formed one Hawaiian nation. We also enjoyed a long hike down the mountain from this lookout. The word "pali" is Hawaiian for "cliff".
This penisula at Waialae Beach Park behind the Kahala Mandrine Oriental Hotel was the site of of wedding. The ceremony was held in the opening that you notice between the palm trees. It was a beautiful and romantic place to begin our marriage.
We enjoyed this sunset during our Sunset Dinner Cruise on the Navitek 2.
We watched huge waves break against the rocks near Eternity Beach. This secluded beach was the site of the filming of the movie "From Here To Eternity".
We watched this sunset at Paradise Cove during the Hukilau Ceremony which is a Hawaiian fishing ceremony.
This picture is of a blowhole formed by a lave tube. As waves break against the rocks the tube fills with water and shoots out the top with an effect similar to a gyser.
This shady spot is located on Waialae Beach near our ceremony location.
No collection of Hawaiian landscape images would be complete without a few Tikis. These are located near the Polanisian Cultural Center. Tikis are representations of ancient Hawaiian gods. The Tiki on the left of the god of love and the one in the middle is Ku, the god of war.
